Baosteel-Waldrich (China) service center has been initiated. BIC has continuously accumulated the mechanical, electrical, CNC and automatic experiences, and have being formed professional inspection, diagnosis, maintenance and revamp of CNC machinetools. Relating technological service of CNC machinetools and auxiliary equipment are carried out based on specialized service idea. On hydraulic technology research, BIC has had the abilities of the static and dynamic test and adjustment of multiple kinds of hydraulic servo valves, proportional valves, has also had the abilities of design, development of hydraulic system, and putting forward overall solution of inspection and analysis of hydraulic system. Paying more attention to mechanism research, and BIC has had first class research group and much powerful research ability of the failure mechanism.
