Equipment Diagnosis

The advanced diagnosis techniques, precise devices and the integrated solutions to user terminals accomplish the quantitative inspections of equipment condition. These diagnosis techniques include vibration diagnosis, oil quality, wear analysis, infrared thermal imaging and so on, which describe the condition with quantitative index, efficiently control the equipment status and ensure the equipment’s running safely.

振动诊断

设备诊断工作中最常用的手段之一,有效判别机械设备不平衡、不对中、基础松动、湍流、喘振、转子偏心、电机断条、轴承故障、齿轮故障、联轴器异常等故障。

 

Vibration analysis

As one of the most commonly used methods, vibration diagnosis effectively identifies the faults such as unbalance, misalignment, base loose, cavitation, surge, eccentric rotor, broken motor bar, and defective coupling, bearing, gear etc.

油液诊断

检验在用油品质的重要手段,避免由于油品理化性能的改变而引起的设备故障,对合理使用油品、降低用油费用有着重要的意义,并使按质换油有了可靠依据。

Oil diagnosis

An important means of inspecting the quality of the oils to avoid faults caused by its changing physical/chemical characteristics. Oil diagnosis is also very important for making reasonable use of oils, reducing the cost, and forming a basis for replacing oils.

磨损分析

全面了解润滑油中金属元素含量、颗粒形状、油品性能等方面信息。发现设备异常磨损迹象,有利于及时采取防范措施,使设备保持最佳运行状态。

Wear analysis

Overally examine metal element content, grainy shape as well as the oil characteristics in order to detect abnormal wear. It is an effective means for taking the measure in time to ensure run safely.

红外热成像

非接触测温的最好方法,通过对物体的表面温度分布情况检测, 判断设备的状态。红外热成像方法在电气设备、工业炉窑等设备及产品过程分析方面有着广泛的应用。

Infrared thermal imaging

The best non-contact method for temperature measuring. Through the heat radiation monitoring for the temperature distribution of the object surface to identify the condition. This method is widely used on electric apparatus, industrial furnace and other devises as well analysis of the production process.

变压器和电缆诊断

通过气相色谱、液相色谱、变压器油的理化性能及电气性能指标的分析,了解变压器或电缆内部状态、固体绝缘的老化趋势以及油品的绝缘特性,准确判断其内部故障。使宝钢在变压器维修方面真正做到预知状态维修。
